Creating community conversations

An online learning programme for Primary Care.

Creating Community Conversations was an NHS England funded programme giving primary care colleagues the knowledge and practical resources to connect with and work alongside local people and communities. The programme has now finished.

NHS England have published a new online course on the platform FutureLearn. The course aims to enhance primary care services by supporting general practice staff and members of Patient Participation Groups (PPGs) to work effectively with people and communities using engaging and inclusive strategies.
